S & B Construction Devon Ltd are a family run building contractors based in beautiful East Devon. With a wealth of building knowledge and experience, we have been providing building services in and around the South West for over 11 years.

MEET THE TEAM
Peter Sheridan
​
Peter (the 'S' of S & B) has over 20 years building experience. Peter started his building life in bricklaying and stone masonry but soon fast tracked to site management. With an impressive portfolio of self-builds alongside S & B projects, Peter's genuine love and true passion for beautiful architecture is what sets him apart from the crowd.
Peter and Mark set up the company in early 2009 and the business has gone from strength to strength.
Mark Batchelor
Mark (the 'B' of S & B) and Peter are childhood friends and built up their professional relationship working on the same site as apprentices. Mark shares Peter's love for design and has over 20 years building experience. He has recently fulfilled his dream of completing a stunning new build home of his own, remodeling a bungalow and creating a 4 bedroom family home.
Mark's project management skills are second to none and he has a clear vision of how he sees S & B Construction growing in the future.
Jake Hamilton
​
Jake joined the team in 2015 and says he has never looked back. Jake works closely with Jonny and with an incredible eye for detail and desire to learn, Jake is an extremely valuable member of the team. Jake now manages his own projects and has shown he is a man of many talents as he is also responsible for much of the project photography you see on our website and social media.
Jake Sheridan
Since joining the company in 2022, Jake has become a key member of the team.
Jake has the benefit of many years of experience on site. having helped his dad, Peter, from a young age.
Jake has already proven himself to be a consistently hard worker and will willingly turn his hand to any project.
