S & B transformed our Edwardian house. The ground floor was ripped out and rebuilt with underfloor heating. They removed a chimney breast (which required major structural support) in order to open up and extend our kitchen/dining area. Our patio area was also enlarged and greatly improved.

At the time the team consisted of two builders and an apprentice, but with an impressive network of colleagues who came to do the plastering, roofing, electrics and plumbing.

They were always trustworthy and skillful but also had a great sense of humour and camaraderie.

We were delighted with our lighter, spacious and much warmer home.

S and B Construction built a large two storey extension to our 1930's house in Pennsylvania .

They were punctual and kept to both budget and time scales. The specialist contractors
